Danne’ Enzyme Hydrolization Formulas

The Danne’ Enzyme Masques 1, 2 & 3 are formulated with proteins, RNa, L-Lysine and Proline with the penetrating ability too tighten the skin and contract the fragile underlying muscles of the skin directly under the fascia. All three masques have the ability to promote a plamatic effect in the skin, offering true oxygen therapy to the skin from within by means of the blood stream rather than oxygen applied from outside the skin. PLASMATIC = PLASMA = BLOOD.

Enzyme Masque 1 (Professional Only)
The enzymes contained in this formula act as agents that hydrolyze dead cell material, debris and impurities from the skin (Hydrolyze in this case means to turn dead keratin into weak acid and flush it from the skin). The vascular activity from stimulated capillaries iss also increased, rushing oxygen to the site of the skin cells and pulling toxins away. This is the principle function of blood. The scientific terminology for this hydrolysis action is called REVERSE OSMOSIS.

All botanical ingredients contain enzyme action. We list some primary enzymes contained in thee three enzyme masques on the label. However there are several more enzymes contained in small amounts in the other ingredients that are quite active. For example: Albumin, which is from the inside membrane of egg shells, makes a very good “bed” for our enzymes to “sleep” in while inert. Albumin also contains its own zygote enzyme. When DANNE’ enzyme masques are mixed with Aqua D’Herbs, Exoderma Pell or Desquamate for various procedures, they “wake-up” and become active. It takes 20 minutes for the enzyme activity to fully activate with the body’s natural heat and a full 455 minutes for them to complete their hydrolyzation , plasmatic effects or muscle contractions. After forty five minutes they denature completely and must be removed from the skin.

Progress can be seen with each treatment. First time clients will nearly always experience an itching, tightening and contraction of the tissues. This is a normal part of the action within the cells. We advise you warn them in advance of those sensations. Usually after one or two treatments these sensations decrease as more and more dead cells and debris are lifted from the skin.

The Nature of Enzymes

RNA influences new activity. RNA in the cell ensures certain messages are carried across the cell membrane, activating enzymes already present in the skin. Using the nerve endings, sensory receptors and ganglia, the enzymes acts as hormone like messages to stimulate an immediate response to a dermal level.

There are two types of enzymes:

• Protein eating
• Messenger enzymes – these are unique to Danne’ formulas.

Plasmatic Effect

Specially formulated enzymes create a lymph drainage action felt by the client as the tightening and pulsating of the enzyme masque. This promotes a new rush of fresh oxygenated blood from within the skin due to dialated capillaries.

Enzyme treatment is probably the most effective method for hydrolyzing dead cell material from the skin tissues. Our enzyme masques are capable of tightening the skin progressively and removing impurities from the skin cells by a process known as reverse osmosis. Reverse osmosis is a ‘back flushing’ action that forces fluids through the membrane around the cells, cleaning out all impurities (Lipofuscin) and leaving behind a clean , white substance. Lipofuscin is a free radical substance created by sun damage or other trauma to the skin.

Enzymes use protein molecules formed in plant cells to act as organic catalyst in initiating or speeding up specific chemical reactions. Enzymes are essential as all molecular reproduction. We could not live without them. In fact, human beings are basically nothing more than water, a few chemicals orchestrated by enzymes and held together with electromagnetic waves. No molecular action in the body can take place without the aid if one or more of the 1300 identified enzymes in our bodies! Some enzymes digest starches, others digest fat and still other digest proteins. Co-enzymes are vitamins and essential in carrying messages from cell to cell.

Oxygen is Essential for Skin Health

Enzyme Masque 1

Chemistry
Enzyme Masque 1 is a combination of specific transfer messenger enzymes that improves skin function and strengthens the underlying structures enzymes.

Think of the skin as a factory. If the factory is not functioning at optimal levels the end result will not be of the best quality. Like a factory, skin needs to operate well, to ensure the skin you see on the surface will be the best quality. Enzyme therapy ensures optimal skin functioning.

Function

• Hydrolyses dead redundant cell build up by turning the dead cells to weak acid and flushing them from the skin.
• The action of reverse – osmosis clears in and around the cell debris- including toxins, oxidized waste, free radicals.

Enzyme Masque 2 & 3

Enzyme Masque 2 (Muscle Contractor)

This formula stimulates the motor control points of the face at the beginning and ends of lateral, horizontal and vertical muscles causing a sensation in the subcutaneous tissues which affects deeper, fragile facial muscles toning the sub-dermal area systematically. The treatment holds the facial muscles in contraction for the full time of the treatment. The muscles will pulsate in a passive, chemical exercise. For elderly or ageing clients who have faces and necks that are sagging equally in every area, best results are obtained by giving them an Enzyme Masque 1 full face and neck treatment on their first visit and an Enzyme Masque 2 and 3 on their second visit, alternating back and fourth between Enzyme Masque 1 and Enzyme Masque 2 & 3 for two or three months. After that, DANNE’ Maintenance enzyme treatments (Masque 1) and Foamy Lift Masque weekly at home will maintain a lifted and firm skin until the ageing cycle starts up again requiring Enzyme Masque 2 and 3 every two weeks. For mature people this will be an ongoing cycle and protocol as a prophylactic against the look of age.

Enzyme Masque 3

Enzyme Masque 3 (Plasmatic effect Activator)

Enzyme Masque 3 actually contains very little enzyme activity as compared to Enzyme Masques 1 and 2. Its main action is that it is a deep, plasmatic masque that produces penetrating chemical heat for three to five minutes when applied over Enzyme Masque 2, causing action from within the dermis. Enzyme Masque 3 opens the vascular system with a natural, chemical heat generated from the Chinese Cinnamon Nut. Enzyme Masque 3, due to its internal heat advances the enzyme activity of Enzyme Masque 2. It also can be applied over Enzyme Masque 1 professionally in cases of cystic type acne. This adds internal heat to the hydrolyzatiion of hardened, sebum wax within the cysts.
